We are currently looking for a passionate Administrator , to join our Front Office on a Full-Time basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.

As a Front Office Administrator , your main duties and expectations for the role will include: · Deal with guest queries and requests in a prompt and anticipative manner showing maximum efficiency and friendliness.
· To always display a caring, responsive and professional attitude.
· To ensure the Office looks presentable and clean (cleanliness, Paperwork, cupboards etc) and communicate with the responsible manager where needed.
· To refer any guests for confidential information, complaints or problems to the Reception Manager, Guest Relation Manager or Front Office Manager.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
