Front Of House Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Pub Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the pub, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Manage and motivate staff, providing training and support as needed.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
Organize and promote events to attract customers.
Requirements: Strong leadership and communication skills.
