Location: Hybrid, EC3V 3LA, London Salary: Up to £65,000 Contract Type: Permanent The Role We are looking for a dedicated and fluent French-speaking Loans Agency or Loans Administration officer to join a dynamic team in London.
You will play a key role in administering loans for a variety of portfolios, including bilateral, syndicated, and other loan types.
This hybrid role offers flexibility and the chance to work with industry leaders.
Responsibilities of the Loans Agency Officer : Process daily transactions such as drawdowns, repayments, and rate fixings across various loan products.
Claim and collect fees and interest related to loan facilities.
Review and resolve account reconciliation issues.
Provide timely and accurate data and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Deliver excellent customer service while managing loan processing tasks.
Review and approve peer group transaction entries and regularly update procedures.
Additional tasks as assigned by the team manager.
Your Profile: Fluent in French & English, both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of loan agency Or Loans administration and documentation.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, maintaining high standards.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
Proactive, self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
