This is a fully remote, part-time freelance job.
You can be located anywhere and work flexible hours.
Description: We're looking for a freelancer to help us implement project timelines and manage client communication.
When new clients join, we develop a detailed strategy for them which we then need to implement.
To do this, you will work closely with the lead consultant, our media buyer, copywriter, and designer, as well as the clients.
You will take charge of implementing the strategy for each client, making sure that we meet all deliverables on time and to the clients' satisfaction.
You'll keep everyone updated on the progress and make sure clients are happy.
We're looking for someone to work with long-term , for years to come.
And this would be on a flexible basis , initially for a few hours a week, depending on when projects are available.
Our budget is $1-$15 per hour.
We'll need your help with: Account Management: Building relationships - you'll need to establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Communicating with clients - you'll keep them updated frequently and handle any feedback and requests for changes.
You might need to get on a video or voice call with them or record a video or audio note from time to time.
Providing expert advice on advertising solutions that align with the client's goals.
Upselling clients that could benefit from additional services.
Project Management: Understanding the timeline, deliverables, and strategy that needs to be implemented for each client.
Managing the implementation of the strategy for each project - you'll collaborate with our media team to do this.
Ensuring all deliverables are completed properly and on time - you'll review all work to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to clients' requests.
Keeping our task management software, CRM, and client portal updated.
Requirements: There's a short trial task to complete when you submit your application.
You'll need significant experience in managing projects and communicating with stakeholders.
You'll need significant marketing and advertising experience.
You'll need to be able to tell a bad design from a good design, bad copy from good copy, and understand how digital ads work.
You'll need excellent communication skills - written and spoken, with native-level English proficiency.
You must be available for at least part of standard UK business hours (9 am to 6 pm UK time).
You'll need a professional background and a quiet working environment (home office or coworking space).
Previous experience working with advertising agencies or consultancies is a plus.
