Franchise Sales Manager in UK/ Ireland – Incredible Fitness Brand £55-60k plus £15k+ OTE (uncapped) We are recruiting for this franchise job in London (2-3 times a week in the office), UK travel will also be required so access to your own transport is essential (travel to Ireland will be required also) We have a fantastic opportunity to join an incredible fitness franchise brand as they continue their impressive growth in the UK/ Ireland.
We are now looking for a tenacious and dynamic professional to join their team as a Franchise Sales Manager.
In this role you will be driving the franchise sales across the UK and Ireland, overseeing all aspects of the franchise sales process.
Your primary goal will be to drive the growth of our franchise network by identifying new franchise opportunities and successfully recruiting new franchise partners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in franchise sales and possess strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
Key responsibilities: Qualifying and nurturing incoming leads + driving new leads by identifying and evaluating potential franchise opportunities in the UK/ Ireland, conducting market research and financial analysis as needed Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential franchisees, existing franchisees and strategic partners Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and contract signing Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies Represent the company at industry trade shows, nationally and internationally Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and franchise regulations to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's franchise offering, value proposition, and competitive advantages Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to franchise sales and operations About you: An ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in franchise sales, with at least 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities In-depth knowledge of the franchising industry, including best practices, trends, and regulations in the UK market Ability to analyse market data, financial statements, and other relevant information to evaluate franchise opportunities Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential franchisees and attend industry events If you are a highly motivated and experienced sales professional looking to take on a new challenge in franchise sales, we would love to hear from you.Your recruiter for this role is Maddie Cummings, Recruitment Director at Love Recruitment and can be contacted simply by applying for this role below.
