FP&A Manager Plymouth, Devon Full or Part Time available Our client is actively seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, with the option of full-time or part-time hours.
This on-site position offers flexible scheduling to accommodate school drop-offs and other outside responsibilities.
As the FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making for the business.
This role will require close collaboration with multiple departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support the company's financial performance, making strong communication skills with non-finance stakeholders essential.
The responsibilities: Analyse financial data and create models for decision support.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
Monitor and report on financial performance, including variance analysis.
Maintain and update financial databases and systems.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial records.
Analyse financial data to identify trends and insights.
Track and analyse operational costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support strategic planning and long-term financial planning efforts.
The candidate: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Part or fully qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA would be an added bonus.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar financial analysis role, with a focus on reporting and analysing large datasets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software, Oracle Fusion or similar would be a plus.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
