Are you an experienced Forklift Engineer with a strong background in the maintenance and repair of forklift trucks and material handling equipment?

About the Role: As a Forklift Engineer , you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of forklifts and other material handling equipment for a range of clients.
You will work independently in the field, attending customer sites to ensure machinery is running smoothly and efficiently.
A fully equipped company van will be provided for your daily work.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM , with no weekend work required, giving you a balanced work-life schedule.
Key Responsibilities: Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs of forklifts and material handling equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults .
Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks on customer equipment.
Provide technical support and advice to clients while on-site.
Complete detailed reports and records of all work completed.
Communicate effectively with the office and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Forklift Engineer or in a similar role, specifically in the maintenance of forklifts and material handling equipment .
Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in forklifts.
Ability to work independently , managing your schedule and workload efficiently.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships .
Full UK driving licence is essential.
