Accept Recruitment is currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join our client's team in Leicester (LE4).
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and eager to work in a fast-paced food production environment.
Key Responsibilities : Packing and boxing food products accurately and efficiently.
Moving fried products to designated locations within the facility.
Assisting with various tasks across production departments to ensure smooth operations.
Adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Performing tasks that involve heavy lifting as part of daily duties.
Requirements : Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Strict compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, including wearing the following Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Hair net and beard net (if applicable).
Overalls and safety footwear.
Please note : No jewellery, makeup, or nail varnish is permitted in the production area due to hygiene standards.
Previous experience in a food production environment is beneficial but not essential.
