Food Production Operative - Days

Based in North Yorkshire, our client supplies speciality foods to retailers nationwide.
There is an opportunity for Production Operative's to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.
What will my role look like?
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the production line, picking and packing fish, meat and poultry products, and adhering to all Health and Safety requirements.
Hourly rate: £11.80
Weekly shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 06.00 – 15.00.

Your duties will include:
•         Achieving daily output targets
•         Loading machines with raw ingredients
•         Helping the production line run smoothly
•         Adhering to Health and Safety at all times
•         Packing of finished products
•         Ensuring correct product labelling
To be considered for the role of Food Production Operative, you must have:
•         Excellent punctuality
•         Experience of working in an FMCG food manufacturing environment
•         Physically able to stand for long periods
•         Professional attitude to work
•         Able to work with own initiative
•         Able to maintain strong attention to detail whilst continuously quality checking products
•         Reliable and able to commit to the relevant shift pattern
