Job summary The role of a Food & Beverage Team Member at Avery Healthcare focuses on supporting the dining service and assisting residents with their meals.
The successful candidate will demonstrate compassion, commitment, and high standards of personal hygiene to deliver exceptional culinary services to the residents.
Main duties of the job As a Food & Beverage Team Member, your responsibilities will include supporting residents with meal choices, ensuring dining tables are set properly, maintaining a clean and well-presented front of house, and replenishing fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger food, and fruit throughout the day.
You will also need to be aware of residents' dietary requirements.

Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
Keeping front of house clean, tidy and well-presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas are replenished throughout the day as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
Being aware of residents' dietary requirements.ABOUT YOUTo be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable in all that you do.Our ideal candidate must: Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
Have experience of working in a similar setting, restaurant or hotel would be desirable.
