An independent concept where your ideas matter.
They are now looking for a F&B manager to take over the site, bringing creativity, ideas and great service.
A culture and people led individual that will overlook the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, developing his team and leading by example.
What will you get up to?
Oversee day to day operations for the Restaurant.
Overlooking rotas, stock management, cost control and team training/development..
Collaborate closely with the club team and the chef to come up with amazing ideas that can drive revenue.
