To recruit for a Food & Beverage Manager; a key position in their senior leadership team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join an exciting project and play a pivotal role in creating memorable guest experiences in a first-class environment.
Your Duties: Preparing and managing the departmental budget, focusing on food, beverage, and labour costs.
Creating and implementing action plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance profitability.
Leading the development and execution of promotions, local marketing initiatives, and events to drive guest engagement and revenue.
Managing supplier relationships to ensure quality products at competitive pricing.
Planning and managing staffing requirements, mentoring and developing team members, and conducting appraisals and performance reviews.
Ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of all food and beverage spaces to the highest standards.
Maintaining full compliance with health and safety, licensing, and food hygiene regulations.
Monitoring guest satisfaction, addressing feedback effectively, and continually improving service standards.
Your Profile: The ideal candidate will bring: Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager, ideally within a luxury or high-volume hospitality setting.
A strong track record in driving revenue growth and managing costs effectively.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
A deep understanding of guest service excellence and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Proficiency in budget management, financial reporting, and using relevant IT systems.
A focus on training and development, ensuring team members reach their full potential.
