Main duties of the job As a Food and Beverage Team Member, your responsibilities will include supporting residents with choosing their meal options, ensuring the dining area is set up to standard, keeping the front of the house clean and well-presented, replenishing fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger food, and fruit, and being aware of residents' dietary requirements.

Ensuring that the standard operating procedures set dining tables.
Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented and ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day, as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
