The Role As the Interim Compliance Facilities Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing statutory compliance, health & safety, and contractor management.
Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining regulatory standards and addressing compliance priorities during this transitional period.
Key Responsibilities: Lead on statutory compliance across key areas, including fire safety, water hygiene, and electrical testing.
Ensure all facilities management operations meet regulatory and quality standards.
Manage contractor relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and address compliance gaps.
Champion health & safety initiatives, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
