Float Legal PA A top US law firm looking to hire a new Float Legal PA to work across all areas including Corporate, Finance and Commercial Litigation, this Legal Float PA role will be working for both Partners and Associates.
£50,000 salary Office based 5 days a week 9:30am – 6:00pm Float Legal PA Key Responsibilities: Extensive diary management, coordination of complex business itineraries and travel arrangements.
Organising and prioritising telephone calls, mail, documents, and projects.
Maintain filing and records management systems and transcribes from tapes, handwritten materials, and/or dictation.
Prepare legal documents and opening new files.
Producing expense reports and assisting with billing.
Float Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience within a law firm Excellent written, organisation and communication skills Strong Microsoft Office skills
