Setting machines from 22 ton up to 280 tonnes, working across older and new machines and fundamentally learning more as a professional setter?
Joining a team of 3 on shift together with a tool hanger, this team work great together ensuring the timely changing of tools in line with the production plans which are set 2 weeks in advance.
The manager is dynamic, passionate, and very focussed on having a great work life balance in his team, yet crucially having a whole team dedicated and driven to get the work done well for the customers.

Permanent, full-time position on Double Days Overtime opportunities Working for a dynamic and growing manufacturing company with grand plans Key Responsibilities: Safely load and unload injection mould tools, ensuring all work is conducted in line with established procedures.
Set up production tooling and ancillary equipment according to master settings.
Troubleshoot process issues to address and resolve in-process problems affecting quality and cost.
Liaise with Quality inspectors and operators to ensure smooth handovers.
Maintain records to confirm production is in control and operating within agreed parameters.
Assist with process improvements to achieve better cost, quality, and performance.
Plan ahead for upcoming production jobs to ensure efficiency.
