MacGregor Black is partnering with an innovative SME personal care brand to recruit an FP&A Manager.
This is a full-time role based in London, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal part in the company's ambitious global growth plans.
Key Responsibilities Perform monthly financial analyses and prepare presentations for management, using large datasets to identify trends, insights, and risks.
Develop financial forecasting models for business planning and strategic projects, collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.
Act as a financial advisor to departments, driving performance improvements and supporting strategic decision-making.
Propose and implement improvements to enhance the accuracy and quality of financial reports.
Contribute to strategic projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and new market entries.
Prepare reports for external stakeholders.
Assist in preparing materials for Board-related strategic initiatives, providing insights on financial performance and long-term growth opportunities.
Mentor and manage a small team of analysts, fostering collaboration and professional development.
What are we looking for?
Strong expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and financial modeling ( ACA or ACCA).
Extensive knowledge of e-commerce and the consumer goods sector, especially in an international context, is a plus.
Ability to lead projects, manage a team, and present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Skilled in working with large data sets to provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with tools like Power BI or Tableau is beneficial.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
