Description As a Financial Planning Administrator, internally known as Client Executive, you will work collaboratively with Financial Planners and Paraplanners to support a wide variety of tasks to elevate the overall client outcome.
With excellent interpersonal and client care skills, you will build and maintain relationships across the business and always strive for outstanding standards of client service.
Key Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive understanding of Progeny's offerings, operational processes, and procedures within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Prepare, process, and support new business and the onboarding of new clients; processing and submitting a range of pensions, life assurance, and investment business.
Prepare, process, and support the annual review journey.
Ensure client data is accurate and up to date on both back office and provider systems.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries within documented SLAs.
Help to manage planner diaries and organise client meetings when required.
Supporting administrative tasks and processes within specialist areas, including, Employee Benefits, Final Salary, and Mortgages.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Experience in a supporting role within a financial service setting.
Experience working in a client-facing role.
Diploma in Financial Planning or working towards (desirable).
Working towards CeMAP (Mortgages; desirable).
Comprehensive knowledge of various provider platforms and their transactional requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
Exceptionally organised and self-directed with strong time management abilities.
Thorough understanding of the financial services industry, including regulations.
