This is a great opportunity where you will report directly to the CEO and steer the business through a major growth-related transformation.
Responsibilities: Management and strategic vision for the business finance team.
Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to monitor key metrics and payback on capital deployed, as well as drive the improvement of the business unit economics.
Ensure the Finance team is scaling to meet the requirements of a fast-growing company.
Coaching & development of the finance team.
Lead budget and forecast processing, maintaining financial models and standard templates for planning processes.
