Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will oversee the finance team and manage the site finance function.

Key responsibilities include: Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounts, maintaining compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Coordinate with auditors Collaborate with external advisors to ensure accurate, timely tax return filings.
Develop and manage annual budgets, monthly financial reports, and weekly forecasts aligned with business goals.
Supervise payroll operations, including accurate PAYE returns and administration of employee compensation and benefits.
Establish and monitor departmental KPIs, ensuring budgetary control through effective programs.
Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial reporting accuracy.
Assist in preparing and reviewing capital expenditure project requests.
Guide and develop team members through regular performance evaluations, goal setting, and continuous feedback.
