Working directly with clients, and in conjunction with local solicitors and accountants, we provide holistic financial planning and look to develop a strategy tailored to our clients' individual needs.
We specialise in advising clients wishing to adopt a sustainable / ethical approach to investing, with over 25% of the funds we manage being invested in "ESG" strategies.
We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic and motivated individual who has a passion to develop their career within financial services.
Your role will be vital to PFC as you will help to support our clients needs throughout their relationship with us and assist our Financial Planners in preparing for client meetings and overseeing the administrative operations of the office.
The Day to Day Role: Answer and deal with telephone calls / post and greeting clients in the office.
Working alongside the Financial Planners to arrange and prepare for client meetings.
Using a variety of investment platforms and IT systems to process new business and administer the client review process.
Ensuring accuracy of client records, data entry and calculations.
Taking ownership of tasks to be completed within specified timescales The Required Skills: Experience of Financial Administration within an IFA or Wealth Management environment is desirable.
Familiarity with major research systems such as Intelligent Office, FE Analytics etc would be advantageous.
Fully competent in desktop applications, (proficient in Microsoft Word.
Excel and Outlook).
Good literacy and numeracy skills with ability to work to a high degree of accuracy Ability to communicate professionally and clearly whilst maintaining and developing professional relationships.
Displays relevant knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation.
