Hays Senior Finance are partnering with a high-growth FMCG business based on the outskirts of Cheltenham, just off the M5, very accessible from Gloucester, Cheltenham and the Bristol area.

The role itself is being a broad Financial Accountant.
You will gain international experience as well as work for a household name.
You will either come with a background in industry or a first-time mover from practice who is looking to develop their skills within a supportive environment.
Key Duties: Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for US GAAP and European GAAP statutory accounts, including reconciliations and tax accounting.
Support year-end audit and interim reviews.
Provide accurate analytical and financial reporting which is insightful and identifies opportunities to the business and management.
Support projects around continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls.
Perform and support certain monthly closing activities.
Support our internal customers with advice and a point of view.
Provide support to other Financial Accountants if required.
