Finance Systems Specialist (12 Mnth Ftc)

Finance Systems Specialist - SAP (SAC, S/4 Hana, PaPM) London hybrid 12-month FTC Our client, a leading business in its sector, is looking for the support of a SAP Finance Systems Specialist who will play a key role in the implementation and optimisation of SAP finance modules, including SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), S/4 HANA, and PAPM.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with both the implementation partners and internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities Shadow the build team to gain a comprehensive understanding of SAC, S/4 HANA, and PAPM configurations.
Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scripts across all implemented SAP finance modules.
Offer technical guidance to the implementation team, resolving issues as they arise.
Construct and conduct training sessions for the wider finance team including those in reporting and analytics.
Facilitate the phase out of old systems.
Build SAC reports, oversee data models and keep the SAC calendar updated.
Skills and Experience Proven experience in creating SAC reports and analysing data Practical knowledge of SAP PAPM Prior involvement in ERP implementation projects, particularly with SAP.
In depth understanding of finance and accounting processes.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to explain technical matters to non-specialists Self-driven, with the ability to navigate uncertain and complex situations effectively Candidate should be available at short notice
