You'll have the chance to shape the support and administration of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) modules, working closely with stakeholders across the Finance and Business community.
In this role, you'll take ownership of the day to day operations and security of finance systems, providing administrative support across various EPM modules.
You'll be responsible for ensuring system integrity, supporting users with their needs, and helping to deliver consistent training to enhance user confidence and system knowledge.
As we evolve and transform our finance systems, your role will adapt to support new solutions and processes.
Key responsibilities of the role include: Overseeing daily operations, maintaining system security, and managing user access rights to support a secure, efficient environment.Providing essential support on Oracle EPM finance systems and helping with post-transformation processes and applications.Guiding and supporting end-users with comprehensive training on EPM modules, offering front-line assistance on current and future system needs.Supporting the Group Reporting team with master data administration, ensuring data reconciliation and integrity within EPM modules.Regularly reviewing and updating policies and procedures for EPM Modules, contributing to a well-organised and user-friendly document library.
What do I need?To be considered for this role, we would love you to have: Relevant degree level qualification, or actively working towards at least an AAT qualification.An understanding of finance systems development, with experience in analysing and mapping processes.Familiarity with Oracle EPM modules and the Microsoft 365 suite.Clear communication skills, able to simplify complex issues and present them effectively.A collaborative approach, strong organisational skills, and the resilience to manage your own time effectively.
