This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and self-motivated finance / accountancy professional to work closely with the Managing Director and senior team to develop the existing finance function with the aim of bringing outsourced processes in-house, instilling best practices and introducing robust standards and reporting processes.
Role Responsibilities Oversee current finance team and assist developing the financial reporting Manage and support an accounts assistant Monitor and manage short term cash flow Month end nominal ledger adjustments and reconciliations Support with credit control and collection of debts on a timely basis Preparing monthly management information Managing and developing the team.

Essential Professional qualification Excellent communication skills Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
Desire to continue to learn and develop in the role Available to work full time at the company premises in Telford Willing to work with the management team Proven experience in financial management, preferably within a similar role or industry.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, enabling effective decision-making based on data-driven insights.
