About the Role: As Finance Manager, you will manage a small, dedicated finance team responsible for purchase and sales ledger, credit control, and payroll.
Your key responsibilities will include: Management Accounts : Prepare monthly management accounts, providing insights for the leadership team.
Cash Flow Forecasting : Manage the companys cash flow to ensure financial stability.
VAT Returns : Oversee and ensure timely and accurate VAT returns.
Financial Reporting : Support the Finance Director with financial reporting to drive commercial decision-making.
Team Management : Lead and develop the transactional finance team.
About You: We are seeking a candidate who is either CIMA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience, with a passion for hands-on finance management.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Experience in a regulated industry would be an advantage, though not essential.
Experience Required: Full management accounts production.
