Finance Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive finance executive to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the main finance operations of the business.
You will work closely with various departments to ensure the financials align with the entirety of the business.
Key Responsibilities: -         Manage 3-4 inboxes on a daily.
-         Accounts Payable – from start to finish; process the invoices, prepare end of month payment runs.
-         Analysis of various financial transactions in all bank accounts (EUR, GBP, AED) -         Open / close bank accounts and manage the mandates.
-         Collaborate with department heads to ensure the ledgers for each deal is up to ate and correct.
-         Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and VAT returns, by providing bank statements and supporting documentation to the accountant(s).
-         Manage various entities in companies' house.
-         Basic understanding of stocks – not necessary but desired.
-         Able to understand and create cashflow and forecasting for mortgages and/or loans.
-         Ability to understand and present financial information in a report.
-         Rent collection and daily balances provided to the director.
Qualifications: -         Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-         1-2 years of experience in management accounting / accounts payable or a similar role.
-         Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
-         Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
-         Confident and great interpersonal skills.
