Main duties of the job We'dlike you to join us as a Finance Business Partner in the South region of Active Care Group.
This position is full time and hybrid,with requirements to visit services across the region as well as attending the Finance offices in Darlington and Waterloo as and when required.
All other working times will be from a home base.
The Finance Business Partner South will support the Commercial Finance Director in providing financial business partnering and analysis to the Managing Director South and the Regional Senior Management Team.

Job description Job responsibilities What you'll be doing: Business Partnering to the South Region Managing Director and operational and commercial teams providing quality financial analysis and support.
Drive development of appropriate KPIs and make use of these to drive accurate and incisive management reporting and business decisions.
Supporting the preparation of budgets and forecasts supporting the South Region Commercial Finance Director and Managing Director and liaising with other members of the Finance, Commercial and Operations team.
Ad hoc analysis and costings in support of the South Region Commercial and Operational teams.
Support the commercial team in pricing discussions and other commercial issues.
Support the preparation of business cases for any acquisition and new branch opening projects.
Preparation of accurate and insightful management information with appropriate KPIs, including revenue and margin analysis.
Maintaining a continual focus on ensuring that information is presented in the most useful way possible and that any issues identified which would enable management to improve business performance are appropriately reported.
