Finance Business Partner

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join an expanding business near Hull They are on a growth journey, have recently implemented a new ERP system and looking to build on their controls and analysis to enable to double their turnover in the next 3 years Reporting to the Finance Director you will providecommercial financial insights and support to enable better decision making and forecasting.
This is a pivotal role and is crucial to aid the business to maintain their growth strategy whilst maximizing profitability.
Take a lead role in all FP&A activities, providing support and challenge to budget holders and highlighting risks and opportunities Dedicated business partner to SLT, building relationships with managers and their teams Provide effective commercial support to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial targets are achieved Calculate return on advertising spend to maximise sales and profitability Produce reporting at regular intervals weekly/monthly - to demonstrate performance and variances.
