Finance Assistant

Henderson Scott (Search Recruitment Group) is pleased to be supporting a thriving and innovative manufacturing business who is seeking a talented Finance Assistant.
Based just 30 minutes away from Nottingham city centre.
The Role Process supplier and sales invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
Monitor daily transactions, manage payment runs, and assist with credit control reporting.
Handle customer enquiries, process orders, and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Work closely with team members to support various finance and operational tasks.
The Person Requirements as a Finance Lead Experience in finance, accounts, or customer order management.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar systems (Sage experience is a bonus).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
A proactive approach to improving processes and contributing to business growth.
