Position Summary We are looking for a part-time, on-site Finance Operations Administrator based in London.
In this role, you will support the financial and operational functions of CuraMind, handling everything from financial reporting and cash flow management to supporting our team with essential resources and creating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities As our Finance Operations Administrator, you will work closely with our executive team and key stakeholders to manage the financial health of CuraMind.
Your responsibilities will include:   Financial Management:  - Oversee cash flow, payroll, and budgeting to ensure financial stability.
- Manage invoicing, expenses, and prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Handle bookkeeping, including account reconciliation, maintaining prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, and managing bad debt provisions.
Compliance & Reporting:  - Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and confidentiality policies.
- Prepare and support audits and tax season requirements.
- Act as the primary contact for finance-related inquiries from staff, such as payroll and benefits questions.
Operations & Culture Building:  - Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including asset record maintenance.
- Collaborate with the People team to execute employee benefits, organise company events, and enhance employee engagement.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and data analysis.
- Passion for fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
What We Offer -£30,000 per annum - 28 days of annual leave.
