About the Position: Were looking for someone to lead the technical side of Aromaria in Europe.
As our Field Service Technician, youll play a key role in ensuring our clients have exceptional experiences with our aroma diffusion systems.
From installations to ongoing support, youll be our on-the-ground expert, delivering both technical skills and great service.
This role has significant growth potential, with the opportunity to lead a team in the near future.
Youll report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: Installation and Maintenance: Perform on-site assessments, installations, and calibrations to optimize aroma coverage and meet client needs.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshoot, and repair systems efficiently to minimize downtime.
Customer Service & Communication: Serve as the primary client contact during installations and maintenance, addressing questions and providing recommendations, upholding a high standard of customer service.
Documentation and Reporting: Keep clear records of work done, provide client reports, and share insights with management for system improvements.
Logistics & Inventory Management: In the early stages, you may handle various tasks, from receiving deliveries and organizing stock to preparing orders for shipment, ensuring smooth operations as we grow.
Knowledge & Experience: Essentials: Technical training in electronics or similar fields.
Minimum of 5 years in installation or maintenance roles, ideally in sectors like HVAC or technical services.
Bilingual or professional English.
Preferred: Experience in the hospitality sector and proficiency in an additional European language (Spanish preferred).
