This company are a market leader in machine tools manufacture and distribution having been established since the 1970s, they have a major presence in the UK and Ireland working with a range of blue-chip Manufacturing companies and due to internal restructuring are looking for a new Service Manager.
This role will see your responsibilities split between overseeing technical support for customers and organising service engineers workload across the UK.
You will have line management responsibilities over a helpdesk and service engineering team of 36, in addition to liaising with customers and members of the senior leadership team.
This role would suit a Service Manager or similar looking for a specialist and technical role within a leading Machining company who offer a company vehicle and a generous bonus to increase your earnings.
