Renowned for its innovation, the company invests heavily in research and development to deliver sustainable and efficient solutions.Key Responsibilities* Repair, install, and maintain a range of products at customer sites.
* Update customers on work progress and identify new equipment opportunities.
* Improve first-time fix rates through collaboration with colleagues.
* Accurately record data in the service management system.
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
* Occasionally stay away during the week (rarely required).Key Requirements* Electromechanical engineering experience (FMCG background beneficial).
* Relevant apprenticeship, HNC qualification, or substantial practical experience.
* Experience with industrial printers, lasers, or coders extremely beneficial.
* Strong customer-facing skills and professional approach.
* Field service experience ideal but not essential.What We Offer* Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 DOE.
