We are recruiting for a market-leading business who are looking for a driven and ambitious sales person to join their team covering the Kent territory of customers.
You will be responsible for calling on independent pharmacy customers on a bi-monthly basis to sell, educate and provide point-of-sale material.
You will need to establish ongoing relationships and build trust with the pharmacy owners and staff.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales objectives, including order targets, distribution, point of sale, detailing, and merchandising within independent pharmacies Manage your own diary and plan your visits using planning software Educate pharmacy staff on product features and benefits, encouraging recommendations of specific products to customers Adhere to policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times Maintain frequent and effective communication with line management and the sales support team Record all activity accurately on the CRM system Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory Perform other tasks related to the role as directed by the manager Ideal Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within FMCG or Health & Beauty sectors Knowledge of the independent pharmacy industry Experience with CRM systems Good standard of education Strong communication skills to confidently present product features and benefits at all levels.
