Provides family support services to family members of children with complex emotional or behavioral health needs involved in multiple service systems utilizing a Systems of Care Approach. Family Support Partners offer emotional support, share knowledge, and connect families with resources, opportunities, and other communities of support with other families who share the same experiences. Services are non-clinical, person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. Family Support Partners work to keep families together, enhance the independence of the family, and facilitate connections in the community as well as with other families.

Qualifications:A combination of training and experience indicating ability to effectively perform essential job functions.Must have people and problem-solving skills to assist and support clients and their families.Must possess a valid Driver's License, good driving record and the ability to provide own transportation.Additional Requirements:May be exposed to allergenic environments from client's homes, including extreme heat, humidity, dust, smoke, pet contamination, cleaning supplies, etc.May be exposed to clients with infectious diseases.Must be able to drive for long periods of time to visit clients in and out of the catchment area as needed.Must be able to walk distances, climb and descend stairs, maneuver in and out of agency vehicles.Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds at times.SALARY: $36,159.00
