This ambition can be achieved through our next-generation technologies, ongoing improvement in manufacturing sustainability, state-of-the-art facilities, and most importantly, investing in our people.We are now looking to hire a Facilities Electrical Engineer to lead planned and cyclical Electrical Maintenance and upgrades at Nexperia s 'Northern Powerhouse' with over 1000+ employees on site working in manufacturing and design.What a Facilities Electrical Engineer will do The site facilities team is responsible for providing a safe, compliant and state of the art site for our employees, visitors and customers.
The facilities team are involved in shaping and future proofing the facilities capabilities as one of the UKs largest semiconductor manufacturing sites.In this position you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to the Facilities Director in relation to various electrical systems across the site, focusing on Electrical Services Compliance and Maintenance.
You will fully manage the delivery of responsive, planned and cyclical maintenance that meets health and safety requirements.
You will also have a team of two direct reports plus the management of several specialist contractors on site.
These contractors will be maintaining compliant services such as fire alarms, emergency lighting, high voltage networks and more.This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career with Nexperia' s established Facilities team.
