F & B Manager - Cambridge - Full Time Permanent

Together with our client we are looking for an F&B Manager to join their team based in Central Cambridge In this role you're a real organiser, who loves leading and motivating your team.
As Food and Beverage Manager your role involves taking responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations within the clients business.
You will also be required to work closely with all department managers in people management, finance and budgeting, sales and revenue management.
You will be required to manage the site in the absence of the Deputy General Manager.
You will be expected to ensure that guests receive amazing hospitality at all times, that all staff are able to deliver service exceeding guest expectations and enhancing the guest journey at every opportunity.
You will have previous experience in management with a sound knowledge of food and drink.
Food and Beverage Managers must have excellent communication skills, be a team player and enjoy a hands-on role.
You must have passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile.
