Main duties of the job The postholder will ensure the highest standards of primary care for all registered and temporary patients.

Person Specification Person Specification Essential HCPC Registered.
QOF knowledge Make every contact count.
Knowledge of primary and community healthcare.
Excellent communication skills.
Good organisational and IT skills.
Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
UK Driving License & Business Insurance must be held for Home Visiting Service.
Clear understanding of professional responsibilities and accountability.
Desirable Experience of SystmOne / EMIS clinical system.
Experience working in a GP practice / Primary Care.
