Location-Llantrisant Immediate start Experience needed Days Regular Monday-Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm, Friday 8.30am-2pm Perm Contract Mach Recruitment is recruiting a Export Estimator to work at a Manufacturing Factory in Llantrisant The role As a Export Estimator You will be Preparation of technical quotations using based costing systems, spreadsheet data recording and comparison, telephone calling clients for project updates, CRM system input and updating, and administrative support and your duties will be as followed: Operate a safe working environment in line with company policies & procedures.
Maintaining records of personal development and training.
Administrative duties for the Export Sales Department (document control, literature management, exhibition planning, updating and managing sales records Estimating export sales enquirers and preparing quotations Being able to answer client queries regarding their enquiries/orders Dealing with any information passed on by the sales team Processing sales related documentation About you: As a Export Estimator You will have the following skills and experience: Start immediately and are looking for long term work Strong organisational and decision-making skills Strong organisational and decision-making skills is essential.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
(Desirable) Excellent inter-personal skills.
First class planning & organisational skills.
Good presentation, written and oral communication skills.
Must be an innovative thinker and commercially aware Must be willing to develop interpersonal and communication skills Must be computer literate particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word and Engineering software packages for which further training will be provided.
Must be innovative and able to think laterally.
