If so, this could be the perfect career opportunity for you.The Division is in search of a highly organised, proactive, and diplomatic Executive Assistant to join their ambitious team, to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Vice President (Advancement).This career opportunity promises to be varied and fast-paced, the post holder will hold considerable and demonstrable experience as a senior Executive Assistant who has worked with staff at Board level of organisations.
The Executive Assistant must be a proactive self-starter who is able to anticipate what support might be needed on a day-to-day basis and as circumstances change You will act as Executive Assistant to the Vice President (Advancement).
This role provides vitally important administrative and secretarial support so as to ensure that the Vice President's time is used to best effect.
Given the seniority of the Vice President, together with the nature of her role and the purpose of the Advancement Division, the Executive Assistant is also a significant ambassador for both the College, and the Vice President.
Significant experience as an Executive Assistant at Board level, or equivalent, within a complex organisation.A high standard of written and spoken English to enable drafting of important documentation (minutes, reports and presentations)Ability to produce work and plan/forecast activities consistently to a high standardExcellent organisational skillsExcellent interpersonal and team working skills with an ability to work flexibly as requiredAbility to coordinate and multitask a range of different activities at the same time and understand the connections between themEvidence of showing tact, discretion and diplomacy This is an exciting time to join the Advancement Division in support of Imperial's Strategy, .
