About the Role The Chief Executive's Office sits at the heart of the council, working directly with Chief Executive and six Executive Directors.
Busy, fast-paced and demanding, the team makes sure Directors are supported and prepared.
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to help support this busy office.
This role will manage diaries, coordinate meetings, deal with enquiries from residents, and ensure our Directors are making best use of their time.
They will provide the link between Directors and others inside and outside of the organisation, helping build and maintain important relationships including with politicians, partners and key stakeholders.
They will also oversee resident and councillor enquiries to these directors, ensuring these are responded to on time.
