Executive Assistant

Job Overview At 1to1 Group we are seeking an Executive Assistant to work for one of our clients supporting the CEO and the team.
This is a new role and for the right person the opportunity to grow in this business.
You need to be flexible to support as the business grows.
Busy and quiet times, you need to be happy to work in the office 5 days a week to support.
Duties EA to CEO and team Diary management, lots of international travel arrangements flights and accommodation.
Office management for a small office Provide support for meetings, preparing agendas, report preparation Attend meeting to take notes and summarise if required Arrange company team events Qualifications Previous experience of working as an Executive Assistant at Senior Management or board level Proficient in MS Powerpoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively and able to be ahead of CEO with regard to diary and arrangements.
