We're seeking a future team member for the role of Executive Assistant to join our Digital Transformation team.
This role is located in London, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity.
(3 days a week in the office).
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Provide high-level administrative support to Senior Directors in Operations.
Proactively manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, workshops, and events from start to finish, including logistics and execution.
Assist in tracking team projects, ensuring all deadlines are met, and following up on outstanding tasks.
Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Ops Senior Executive Assistant to ensure seamless workflow and provide backup support.
Play a key role in onboarding new employees and executives, ensuring a smooth integration into the Operations practice.
Act as a liaison between Senior Directors and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications and prioritizing needs.
Support various team initiatives and activities, ensuring the smooth execution of key events, both virtual and in-person.
Anticipate the needs of the team and resolve operational challenges with minimal direction.
Assist with document management, presentation preparation, and other administrative tasks as required.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and offer solutions proactively.
A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Experience with diary management, event planning, and meeting logistics.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Previous experience in a corporate or operations environment is highly desirable.
