The Role: As a Nursery Nurse, you will work within a supportive and dynamic early years environment, helping children grow, learn, and develop through creative play, learning activities, and nurturing care.
Youll work closely with experienced colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care and education are met.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the daily care and supervision of children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Support the delivery of age-appropriate activities to promote children's development across all areas.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Maintain accurate records of childrens progress and development.
Help create a positive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Requirements: Essential: A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
Entry-level or Level 1 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
Desirable: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is an advantage, but not essential.
A good understanding of early years education and child development.
