As a member of the Events Staff youll play a vital role in delivering memorable experiences to guests at a variety of events including corporate functions weddings festivals and private parties.
This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a dynamic fastpaced environment and have a passion for excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Guest Assistance: Greet guests warmly provide information and ensure they have everything they need to enjoy the event.
Setup & Breakdown: Assist in setting up event spaces including arranging furniture setting tables decorating and preparing supplies.
Serving Duties: Depending on the event you may serve food and drinks refill buffets or assist with table service.
Ensure guests dietary requirements and preferences are met.
Crowd Management: Help manage crowds guide guests and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
Event Support: Respond promptly to any guest inquiries or requests and resolve any issues quickly to maintain a positive experience.
PostEvent Duties: Assist with tidying up and packing away equipment after the event leaving the venue as required.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in hospitality events or customer service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different roles as required.
