Job ref: RF-2410-57 Location: Belfast - The Mount Charles Group, Events Division Quantity of Posts Available: 1 Salary: £30,000 per annum The Mount Charles Group has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and creative Events Manger to work across a number of venues within Northern Ireland, delivering large scale stadium events, weddings and corporate events.

Working Pattern: 40 Hours per Week 5 out of 7 Days per Week Various Shift Patterns - Option to be Flexible The Role: Reporting directly to the Head of Operations as Event Manager you will be responsible for Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, and breakdown Oversee event staff to ensure smooth operations during events Provide on-site management and troubleshooting during events to ensure client satisfaction Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement Manage stock and financial performance of events Bar merchandising for profit Ensure food safety and health and safety regulations are followed at all times Train and support events team staff Rewards: Full time hours working 5 out of 7 days, including evenings and weekends.
