They are seeking a dynamic and driven marketing professional with a passion for event planning, client engagement, creating impactful marketing materials, and data analysis.
This role offers the opportunity to influence and collaborate with multiple internal teams while contributing significantly to both the advisory and marketing divisions.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute events across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless delivery and strategic impact.
Develop and manage event invitations, track responses, and coordinate effective post-event follow-ups.
Organize and manage client roadshow events.
Serve as a point of contact for client and prospect communications, addressing inquiries with precision and efficiency.
Support the development and production of compelling marketing presentations.
Assist in implementing strategic marketing initiatives and perform cost-benefit analysis to optimize campaigns.
Ideal Candidate Profile: 2-4 years of post-university experience, preferably in event planning or client services within the financial services sector.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills, with a keen ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
A high level of attention to detail and an analytical mindset to assess the success of marketing initiatives.
