We are looking for an Italian speaking Event Executive to join our client, who put on private corporate events throughout the UK, with their international clients.
They have been industry leaders for the last 30 years, working with high profile corporate clients offering bespoke solutions across the UK and Ireland.

Being an Event Executive, it will be your responsibility to project manage MICE business events and activations from conception to delivery.
You will liaise effectively and concisely with all parties involved with the event from Clients to Suppliers and ensure all clients are provided with the highest service as per the set standards, exceeding customer expectations.
Due to the responsibilities of the role, you are going to need experience in a previous MICE Event role (either for a UK Inbound Travel agency and/or tour operator).
A good geographical knowledge of the UK and Ireland and their best venues, hotels and restaurants is very important.
It goes without saying that you will have a passion for tourism and hospitality and will love the satisfaction on putting on memorable events.
Forming great relationships with clients is paramount as you not only meet their expectations but exceed them time, and time again.
You will need to be fluent in Italian , both written and spoken – please do not apply if you are not.
From a salary perspective you are looking at between £30,000 and £35,000 depending on your experience for this role.
The head office is in London and is easily commutable for most people.
You will be able to work two days a week remotely once probation is passed.
