Our client, a notable law firm, is looking for an Evening Legal Secretary to join them on a permanent basis.
The Evening Legal Secretary will be able to work both independently and as part of a small team in supporting the London office in secretarial support.Duties will include but will not be limited to:- diary management- arranging taxis- creating documents- amending documents- reformatting- transcribing digital dictation The successful candidate will be an excellent team player, resilient and able to deal with issues as they arise, proactive and highly motivated.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous law firm experience working in a similar role with advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and will ideally be MOS qualified.
